Delivery
Delivery in and around Berlin takes place within 7 days by 2 men to the apartment.
Delivery throughout Germany usually takes place within 3 weeks from the delivery location and route planning of the shipping company.
We ask for your understanding for the sometimes long delivery times, which in exceptional cases can take a month or longer. Transporting antiques requires special care. In order to ensure reasonable transport costs, delivery will always take place in group transport, which requires appropriate lead times.
Shipping includes insured delivery by a shipping company specializing in antiques to the curb to the agreed address and takes place after receipt of payment and appointment with the buyer.

The communication was excellent. I was even able to reach someone late on a Saturday afternoon. Emails were answered immediately. Delivery to the Rhine Valley also took place within a week. Although I had a minor complaint about the chest of drawers, the problem was resolved with several contacts.
The telephone calls (from the company) have been resolved to our satisfaction to a reasonable extent.
